Police have been seen approaching a man in Paris amid the knife attack that has injured at least two people.
Footage filmed by César Amalou on Boulevard Richard-Lenoir shows a man being approached by gun-wielding officers while holding his hands in the air.
A knife attack close to the former headquarters of the magazine Charlie Hebdo left two injured.
Police have confirmed that one suspect has been arrested.
The filmer told Newsflare: "I was going to get my car, I saw the ambulances and police without knowing what was going on, and this man was stopped right in front of me as I was going to my garage.
"He was very cooperative, the police pointed at him with a pistol and a rifle, they asked him to take off his sweater and t-shirt and take off his bag, then I was asked to leave.
"I did not see what was happened after."
