Hindu deity, lord Shri Krishna Virajman has filed a suit in the Mathura alcohol court seeking to reclaim the ownership over entire 13.37 acres of Krishna Janmabhumi land and removal of Shahi Idgah Masjid. The civil suit moved by 'next friend', Ranjana Agnihotri and six other devotees of Lord Shrikrishna describes the plaintiff as Bhagwan SriKrishna Virjman at Katra Keshav Dev Khewat, Mauja Mathura Bazaar City." The suit has been moved through advocates Hari Shankar Jain and Vishnu Jain.

अयोध्या में राम जन्मभूमि के लिए दशकों तक आंदोलन चलाने के बाद अब मथुरा में इसी तरह का माहौल बनाने की कोशिश हो रही है। राम मंदिर की तर्ज पर मथुरा में कृष्ण जन्मभूमि के लिए न्यास बन चुका है और जल्द ही आंदोलन की शुरुआत हो जाएगी। विश्व हिन्दू परिषद और राष्ट्रीय स्वंयसेवक संघ के इनकार के बाद भी मथुरा में कृष्ण जन्मभूमि को मुक्त कराने की मुहिम परवान चढ़ने जा रही है। राम लला विराजमान के बाद अब श्रीकृष्ण विराजमान ने भी मथुरा की अदालत में एक सिविल मुकदमा दायर किया है।
