Ingredients :
For Dough:
पानी (Water)
नमक (Salt):¼ छोटी चम्मच (teaspoon)
गेहूं का आटा (WHEAT FLOUR/ATTA): 3 कप (Cup)
नमक (Salt):¼ छोटी चम्मच (teaspoon)

For Stuffing:
उबला आलू को मैश कर ले (Boiled & mashed potatoes):3
पयाज (Onion): 1
हरी मीरच (Green Chili): 2
अदरक (Ginger): 1 छोटी चम्मच (teaspoon)
हरा धनीयाँ (coriander leaves): 2 बड़ा चमचा (Tablespoon)
लाल मीरच पाउडर (Red chili powder):½ छोटी चम्मच (teaspoon)
धनीयाँ पाउडर (Coriander powder):2 छोटी चमच (teaspoon)
अमचूर पाउडर (Dry Mango powder):½ छोटी चमच (teaspoon) OR/ अनारदाना पाउडर (Pomegranate powder)
अजवाइन (Ajwain): ½ छोटी चमच (teaspoon)
घी या तेल (Butter or Oil)
नमक (Salt): स्वादानुसार (As per taste)
