The Election Commission of India (ECI) has announced dates for Bihar Election 2020. All 243 seats in the state will go to the polls in three phases (October 28, November 3 and 7). November 10 will be the results day. Currently the major parties in the state are Bharatiya Janata Party, Janata Dal (United), Rashtriya Janata Dal, Lok Janshakti Party, Jan Adhikar party and Congress.
