The arrest of absconding main accused Dhirendra Singh in the Ballia firing has not happened so easily. Dhirendra had been absconding to surrender since the incident. For this, he had also contacted some close leaders and police officers. On his advice, Dhirendra wanted to surrender through lawyers. Surrender’s entire plan was made, but on one occasion, STF caught him.
