Nachari Mandal of Bahadurpur Assembly constituency in Darbhanga district came to ride the buffalo and filed nomination. People thronged to see him. On Monday, Nachari Mandal, who was contesting as an independent candidate from Bahadurpur Assembly seat, rushed to the collectorate and filed his nomination.
