Mobile phones have become a vital tool in the lives of billions of people around the world. They're a convenient form of communication - bringing information to the most isolated of places. Getting a signal may occasionally be a problem - but now Nasa has ambitious plans to change that - somewhere you might not expect. The BBC's Tim Allman explains.
