In Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, a major decision of the Supreme Court has come to light in the alleged gang and of a minor girl. Actually, a petition was filed in the Supreme Court on behalf of the aggrieved party. It was said in the petition that fair investigation is not possible in UP. Therefore, the case should be transferred to Delhi. After the hearing, the Supreme Court, while giving the verdict, said that there is no need to transfer the trial to Delhi at present.

उत्तर प्रदेश के हाथरस में कथित तौर पर नाबालिग लड़की का गैंगरेप और हत्या मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट का बड़ा फैसला सामने आया है. दरअसल पीड़ित पक्ष की ओर से सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की गई थी. याचिका में कहा गया था कि यूपी में मामले निष्पक्ष जांच संभव नहीं है. इसलिए केस को दिल्ली ट्रांसफर कर दिया जाए. सुनवाई के बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा कि ट्रायल को दिल्ली ट्रांसफर करने की फिलहाल जरूरत नहीं है.
