Voting for the first phase of the Bihar assembly election has started. Voters are exercising their franchise in 71 constituencies out of the total 243 in the state. Amid the first phase voting, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav spoke on the Munger clashes during the Mahagathbandhan's breifing. He further slammed the state government by asking as to who gave Munger Police permission to become General Dyer. The RJD leader also questioned the law and order situation in the state.
