Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has received a major setback from the High Court. The High Court has handed over the investigation of corruption charges against him to the CBI. The court has filed an FIR asking the CBI to investigate allegations of corruption against CM Trivendra Singh Rawat. Also, the court has ordered the cancellation of the FIR lodged against journalist Umesh Sharma and others.

उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत को हाई कोर्ट से तगड़ा झटका लगा है। हाई कोर्ट ने उनके खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों की जांच सीबीआई को सौंपी है। कोर्ट ने सीबीआई को FIR दर्ज कर सीएम त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत पर लगे करप्शन के आरोपों की जांच करने के लिए कहा है। साथ ही कोर्ट ने पत्रकार उमेश शर्मा और अन्य के खिलाफ दर्ज एफआईआर को रद्द करने का आदेश दिया है.
