Heera Mandi used to be a red light district of Lahore. It is one of the oldest bazaars of the gated city of Lahore, near Badshahi Mosque and Taxali Gate. A few decades ago, Heera Mandi had a lot of hustle and bustle with people from rich backgrounds visiting for shopping, food, pleasure and much more. The times have changed and the bazaar now has a stigma attached to it because of the mujras, dancing, adult theatres and prostitution.
