INGREDIENTS
250grm biscuit
100gm butter
1 dragon fruits
Panna cotta 150 gm
Mascarpone cheese 150gm
Powder sugar 2 spoon
PROCESS
IN a bowl take the biscuits and blend it then add butter and mix well.
Take a mold and add backing paper and then add the biscuits and set well
Then keep in fridge 1 hour.
Now cut the dragon fruits in piece
In a bowl take panna cotta and whip
Then add mascarpone cheese and Powder sugar then whip together
Now add dragon with the cream
Then cover the biscuits with the cream
Again keep in fridge 1 hour then can serve
