Apple Cake || Soft and tasty apple cake || Upside Down Recipe Without Oven

INGREDIENTS
100 grm flour
60 gram sugar
2 eggs
1tsp baking powder
20 gram butter
5 Apple
Peel of lemon

PROCESS
Peel of the apple and cut into slice and keep a side.
Now in a bowl take 2, and one by one add sugar, baking powder and mix together
Then add the flour and stir it to mix well then add the butter and mix.
Now add some peel of lemon and stir it
Then add the apple slice into the mixture and mix well.
Take a mold and set the mixture into the mold.

Take a pot and heat it in low flame and keep the mold inside the pot.

Bake it 30 minute in low flame then reverse it and cook 15 minute.
Now check the cake get brown shade and take out from the pot.
You can add the powder sugar to serve.
