Omar Khalid, who was arrested in the riots case in Delhi, has increased difficulties. Omar Khalid, accused in the riots, will now be tried in court in the Delhi riots cases. Police has got approval to run a case against Umar Khalid under UAPA. After several months of discussion, Kejriwal government of Delhi gave this approval to the police. Apart from the Delhi government, the Ministry of Home Affairs has given approval to run the case.

दिल्ली में हुए दंगों के मामले में गिरफ्तार उमर खालिद की मुश्किलें बढ़ गई हैं. दंगों में आरोपित उमर खालिद पर दिल्ली दंगों के मामलों में अब कोर्ट में केस चलाया जाएगा. उमर खालिद के खिलाफ UAPA के तहत केस चलाने के लिए पुलिस को मंजूरी मिल गई है. कई महीनों के विचार विमर्श के बाद दिल्ली की केजरीवाल सरकार ने पुलिस को ये स्वीकृति दे दी. दिल्ली सरकार के अलावा गृह मंत्रालय ने केस चलाने की मंजूरी दी है.
