DC finally qualified for their maiden IPL final by defeating SRH in the second Qualifie. One of the five teams which has been part of every IPL season since the inception DC were the only side that hadn't played an IPL final. In fact they endured poor form from 2013 to 2018 and failed to qualify for the second round even once during this period.
