In a recent interview with The Star, International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Azmin Ali said he thinks the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) will create a superpower trade bloc of Asean countries and it could not have come at a better time for Malaysia.

The signing of the RCEP agreement will be the central outcome of the 37th Asean Summit and Related Meetings held virtually from Nov 11-15 in Vietnam.
