Easy Chocolate Whipped Cream Cake Recipe

Today I am sharing an easy Chocolate birthday cake recipe. Which I have made without oven and whipped chocolate cream. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.


Ingredients

For chocolate sponge:
Warm milk - 1/2 cup
White vinegar - 1 tsp up
Oil - 1/4 cup
Powdered sugar - 1/4 cup
All purpose flour/ maida - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Instant coffee - 1 tsp
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Hot water - 1/2 cup

For whipped chocolate cream:
Whipping cream - 1 cup (chilled)
Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
Dark chocolate - 100g melted

Sugar syrup:
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Water - 1/4 cup
