Sometime we want to eat spicy and sour soup with hot cooked rice. Do you know that spicy ingredients help to raise our body temperature? The higher body temperature helps us keep warm and helps to burn up calories from the body.
In the winter, we need to eat spicy food to warm our body. My pork belly and fermented bean sprout soup is healthy, comforting our body and really delicious. This pork belly and fermented bean sprout soup is my grandpa recipe and also my favorite soup. My grandpa always donates monks every sunday. On that day we made a lot and didn't cook other dishes and our lunch was perfect with one soup. When we cook this soup, we need to cook more rice. Because we ate more than the other day and If you are late for eating, there is no more soup for you. That much we love to eat this sour and spicy pork belly and fermented bean sprout.
