This is not from the International channel, this is from AZN tv it's successor ( which folded in 2008). The show was called What's up Thailand, a show that was a combination of a tourist show and a music show. It was hosted by the beautiful June whom I don't know what her last name is. The show would display the beautiful sights and sounds of Thailand while showing the latest hits of Thai pop.
