After an encounter, the Special Cell of Delhi Police arrested five suspected terrorists from the Shakarpur area on Monday. According to sources in the police, two of the five arrested are from Punjab, and the rest are residents of Jammu and Kashmir. One of the five arrested by Delhi Police on Monday after the encounter is suspected to be linked with the killing of Shaurya Chakra awardee Balwinder Singh Bhikhiwind, Delhi Police said. The other three arrested, all residents of Kashmir, are linked to Hizbul Mujahideen. Watch the video.
