미, 또 중국기업 제재…반도체 SMIC·드론 DJI 블랙리스트
Washington has added sixty more Chinese companies to its trade blacklist, including Beijing's top chipmaker SMIC and drone manufacturer DJI.
The U.S. Commerce Department announced on Friday that American firms will now have to request a license to do business with the Chinese companies.
It said that Washington would not allow its advanced technology to support China's military modernization.
SMIC has reportedly denied any relationship with the Chinese military.
Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi urged the U.S. to choose dialogue and consultation with China instead of pursuing (quote)unacceptable unilateral sanctions against Chinese firms.
