1) Aaloo /potato – 3 medium size(chopped)
2) Gajar /carrot - 2 (chopped)
3) Methi /fenugreek leaves bunch - 1 bunch
4) Lal mirch powder /red chilli powder – ½ tsp
5) Namak /salt – as per taste
6) Tel /oil – 3-4 tsp
7) Hing /asafoetida – 1 pinch
8) Dhaniya powder /coriander powder – ½ tsp
9) Jeera /cumin seeds – ¼ tsp
10) Tamatar /tamato – 1 (finely chopped)
11) Hari mirch /green chilli – 2 (chopped)
12) Suki lal mirch /dried red chilli – 2
13) Adrak /ginger – ½ inch piece (finely chopped)
