A second lockdown and or cessation of movement is looming even as the health ministry remains uncertain on just how to counter the new strain of the novel coronavirus said to be more dangerous. The situation is like re-living the beginning of this year when the government also was caught unawares by the pandemic which continues ti claim the lives of Kenyans until now.
