It is official. Longstanding member of the PNM, medical practitioner, Dr Denise Tsoiafatt-Angus, has deflected and filed her nomination papers for the Tobago House of Assembly elections as an independent candidate for the Scarborough/Calder Hall seat.

This after she was not chosen by the PNM to contest the January 25th elections. Political leader of the PNM Tobago Council Tracy Davidson-Celestine, has wished Dr. TsoiaFatt-Angus all the best. More in this Elizabeth Williams report.
