The BLDC Segment core motor stator coil winding machine is suitable for winding the stator of 3-phase concentrated winding motor.
I. Application range:
1. Wire dia≤Φ2.0mm,copper wire or aluminum wire;

Core size(according to drawing);
2. Suitable for winding copper wire and aluminum wire motor.

4. Two ways of single winding and double layer winding can be realized by changing fixtures, accessories and equipment debugging.

VI. Safety requirements:
1. Meet ROHS requirements; the equipment runs without oil leakage and pollution-free environment;
2. Adopts manual, semi-automatic and automatic operation modes. The side of the equipment is equipped with protective glass, and the front is equipped with manual operation sensors. It will stop in time during manual operation (uninterruptible power supply);
3. Abnormal in the production process, can immediately call the police and take protective measures to prevent injury or damage to equipment.
4. With grating protection, stop in time during manual operation (uninterruptible power supply), no safety hazard;
VII. Quick- changing requirements:
1. The connection between the tooling and the equipment should be designed and installed with quick-change devices (such as not limited to positioning pins, quick-change bolts, positioning plates, etc.);
