The Girl On The Train | Official Teaser Out | Parineeti Chopra, Aditi Rao Hydari & Kirti Kulhari

After much delay, finally, the makers of 'The Girl On The Train' starring Parineeti Chopra in the lead role, unveiled the first official teaser of the mystery thriller and confirmed that the film will release on Netflix.

The film is helmed by Ribhu Dasgupta and produced under the banner of Reliance Entertainment. 
'The Girl On The Train' is based on British author Paula Hawkins' 2015 debut novel by the same name. Parineeti Chopra plays the role of an alcoholic divorcee who gets embroiled in a missing person's investigation.

Parineeti Chopra dropped the teaser on Twitter and wrote: 
“THE GIRL ON THE TRAIN• Two heartsFolded hands LETS DO THIS! 26th Feb, only on Netflix.”

The film also stars Aditi Rao, Kirti Kulhari and introduces British star Sammy Jonas Heaney. The film will release on Netflix.

The official handle of Netflix India also shared the same, they captioned it, “Join @ParineetiChopra on a train journey like never before. Warning: Board at your own risk. ”
The film was scheduled for release on 8th May 2020. However, the release got delayed due to the pandemic. The film will now release on Netflix on 26th Feb 2021.
