Congress party is not taking the name of ending internal strife. According to a report by the Indian Express, Kapil Sibal says that Sonia Gandhi promised to hold internal elections in an open dialogue with party leaders. Even after almost a month, it is still not clear when these elections will be held.

कांग्रेस पार्टी में अंदरुनी कलह खत्म होने का नाम नहीं ले रही है। पार्टी के 23 असंतुष्टों नेताओं के पत्र के बाद से पार्टी में मचे बवाल को थामने की सोनिया गांधी की कोशिशों का असर भी अब खत्म होता दिखाई पड़ रहा है। पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता और पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री कपिल सिब्बल ने एक बार फिर इस मामले को उठाया है। इंडियन एक्सप्रेस की एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक कपिल सिब्बल का कहना है कि सोनिया गांधी ने पार्टी नेताओं के साथ खुली बातचीत कर आंतरिक चुनाव कराने का वादा किया था। करीब एक महीने बीतने के बाद भी अब तक ये साफ नहीं हो पा रहा है कि ये चुनाव कब कराए जाएंगे।
