Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin said today that he understands why certain people may be worried about the recent emergency declaration.

However, Muhyiddin assured the people that it will only be used to deal with Covid-19.

He said this during a live telecast of his announcement of a RM15 billion aid package to help people cope with the second movement control order (MCO 2.0).
