The 72nd Republic Day is being celebrated across the country today. The Constitution of our country came into force on this day, 26 January 1950, after independence from British slavery. On this occasion, along with the tableau of different states on the Rajpath in Delhi, the three armies of the country have also shown their valor. On this Republic Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was seen wearing a special turban.

देशभर में आज 72वें गणतंत्र दिवस का जश्न मनाया जा रहा है। अंग्रेजों की गुलामी से आजादी के बाद आज ही के दिन 26 जनवरी 1950 को हमारे देश का संविधान लागू हुआ था। इस मौके पर देश की राजधानी दिल्ली में राजपथ पर अलग-अलग राज्यों की झांकी के साथ देश की तीनों सेनाओं ने भी अपने शौर्य का प्रदर्शन किया है। इस बार के गणतंत्र दिवस के मौके पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी खास पगड़ी पहने नजर आए।
