This car hit a police cruiser while moving around a stopped vehicle. The guy in the car was driving in traffic when he noticed the vehicle in front of him moving over to the side of the road. Confused, he decided to move around the stopped vehicle and did not notice the police cruiser with emergency lights but no siren, coming from behind. He ended up hitting his car's front bumper into the police cruiser's rear passenger door. There were no injuries; both cars received minor damage during the accident.
