Delhi Police top brass held a series of meetings ahead of the protesting farmers' 'chakka jam' call given by Samyukta Kisan Morcha. The chakka jam has been scheduled for February 6. While the farmer unions have said they will not enter Delhi, the police are keeping a close watch on the protesters who may have entered the national capital in the past few days.
