LaTesha Watson has made incredible changes during her time as a police officer. She was also promoted to the rank of Deputy Chief in 2014, making her the youngest chief in terms of tenure and age. She was also the first African-American female Chief of Police in the state of Nevada. She currently holds three degrees, one of them a Ph.D., and she is also working on another Ph.D. She is a role model for future generations.
