Umno supreme council member Mohd Puad Zarkash has asked if he would be sued for simply asking questions and seeking explanations.

This is after Puad claimed that Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin and his entourage refused to go under quarantine after returning from Indonesia, hence the quarantine period for ministers being reduced to three days.

The Prime Minister's Office had denied the allegation and said that legal action will be taken against him (Puad) if he fails to make a public apology.

They said his remarks was slander and aimed at tarnishing the prime minister's name.
