Russian news agency TASS Wednesday claimed that “at least 20 Indian soldiers and 45 Chinese servicemen” were killed during the clashes at the Galwan Valley in eastern Ladakh in June last year.In an article detailing the statement by the Chinese Defence Ministry on China and India withdrawing troops from the shared border near Pangong Tso lake, TASS said that “Chinese and Indian forces clashed in the region in May and June 2020, resulting in at least 20 Indian and 45 Chinese servicemen dead.”Watch video,

भारत -चीन के बीच लद्दाख स्थित एलएसी पर पिछले 9 महीने से ज्यादा समय से तनाव बरकरार रहा है. दोनों देशों के बीच विवाद ने विकराल रूप उस वक्त ले लिया, जब 15-16 जून को गलवान घाटी पर दोनों देशों के सैनिक आपस में भिड़ गए थे. इस झड़प में 20 भारतीय सैनिक शहीद हुए थे. हालांकि चीन ने कभी अपने मृत सैनिकों की संख्या वहीं बताई. जनसत्ता के मुताबिक अब रूस की तास न्यूज एजेंसी ने कहा है कि उस मुठभेड़ में चीन के कम से कम 45 सैनिकों की मौत हुई थी.
