Efforts are on to rescue the people trapped inside the tunnel of Tapovan Hydel Project after the disaster caused by the breaking of the glacier in Chamoli, Uttarakhand. Sunday is the eighth day of relief and rescue. Two bodies have been extracted on Sunday after digging 120 meters in Tallan. With this, bodies of 40 people have been recovered so far in the Chamoli disaster.

उत्तराखंड के चमौली में ग्लेशियर टूटने से आई आपदा के बाद तपोवन हाइडल परियोजना की सुरंग के अंदर फंसे लोगों को बचाने का प्रयास लगातार जारी है। राहत और बचाव का रविवार को आठवां दिन है. टलन में 120 मीटर खुदाई के बाद रविवार को दो शव निकाले गए हैं. इसके साथ ही चमोली आपदा में अब तक 40 लोगों के शव बरामद हो चुके हैं.
