Interestingly, it also marked Ameesha Patel's debut. The film was released in 2000 and became the most successful and highest-grossing film of that year. Ameesha Patel and Hrithik Roshan became overnight stars. The film's music was composed by Rajesh Roshan. All of its songs topped the chartbusters.
