Amajor mishap was averted when an Air India Express flight, carrying 64 passengers, lost control and met with an accident in Andhra Pradesh today. The flight hit an electric pole on the runway following landing. The accident took place at the Vijayawada International Airport in Gannavaram around 4.50 pm.

आंध्र प्रदेश की विजयवाड़ा इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट पर शनिवार को बड़ा हादसा होते-होते बचा. यहां एयर इंडिया एक्सप्रेस का विमान लैंडिंग करते वक्त बिजली के एक खंभे से जा टकराया. पोल से टकराते ही विमान में अफरा तफरी मच गई। पायलट ने अपनी सूझ बूझ के चलते एक बड़ा हादसा होने से बचा लिया। हवाई अड्डे के अधिकारियों ने ये जानकारी दी कि विमान में सवार पायलट समेत सभी 64 यात्री सुरक्षित रहे।
