Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said the National Security Council (NSC) will only reopen state borders after being advised by the Health Ministry (MoH).
He added that should the Covid-19 daily cases dropped to two digits, the MoH will advise NSC based on its Covid-19 risk assessment.
