Brad Stevens was interviewed pregame before the Celtics game vs the Bucks. Stevens praised the Bucks play as of late. They’re 9-1 in their last 10 games, so it’ll be a tall task for the Celtics. He also addressed the recent rumors regarding Tristan Thompson. It has been reported that Thompson could be moved at the trade deadline and that there have been some locker room issues. “Yes, there’s the reality that we could make changes… but don’t overreact to the rumors,” said Stevens. He also commented on the team’s game plan for the rest of the season. He hopes to continue improving so that they can “peak at the right time.” He acknowledged it would be a challenge, though, saying “that’s ultimately our challenge and our task with the way that season started and our inconsistencies.” Stevens also made note that Thompson and Romeo Langford will be out again in this one. He did give an injury update on Jayson Tatum. saying that he is available to play.
