In the second phase of assembly election in West Bengal and Assam, 30 and 39 seats are in the fray today while all eyes are set on the high-octane battle in Nandigram between Bengal CM and TMC boss Mamata Banerjee and her former confidante and now rival Suvendu Adhikari. Voters queue up outside polling booths in Nandigram where voting began at 7 am today in the second phase of voting for assembly elections.
