This festival is celebrated mainly in Punjab and Haryana with great pomp and show. Baisakhi is the day when the crops are blooming and the farmers swing happily.

देश भर में आज धूम धाम से बैसाखी का पर्व मनाया जा ररहा है,बैसाखी भारत के सबसे लोकप्रिय त्योहारों में से एक है जिसे बहुत जोश और उत्साह के साथ मनाया जाता है, हर वर्ष अप्रैल के महीने में बैशाखी का पावन पर्व मनाया जाता है,क्योंकि ये फसल के मौसम की शुरुआत का प्रतीक है. यह त्योहार मुख्यत: पंजाब और हरियाणा में बड़े ही धूम- धाम से मनाया जाता है। बैसाखी यानी वो दिन जब फसलें लहलहाती हैं और किसान खुशी से झूम उठते हैं।
