In the run-up to the fifth phase of the Bengal election, BJP candidate Suvendu Adhikari took a jibe at West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. He compared her to former Bangladesh Prime Minister Khaleda Zia. Adhikari also alleged that Banerjee is asking for votes on false promises.
