The Director General of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States says St Vincent and the Grenadines needs, at this time, US$100 million in cash to help it recover from the damage being caused by the La Soufriere volcano.

TV6 News sought answers from the Prime Minister and UN officials about what guarantees they can give that the donated money will go where it is needed.
