Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh handed over 15 basic life support ambulances to the Health department on April 24. The ceremony was held at the western gate of the Chief Minister’s Secretariat. The ambulances were donated by National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL). Ambulances are fully equipped with oxygen cylinders.
