Ahead of the mega vaccine rollout for all adults, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Punjab and Jharkhand on Sunday accused the Centre of "hijacking" vaccine stocks from manufacturers, and expressed doubts they would be able to launch the inoculation drive from May 1.
