Paneer Butter Masala Recipe

Paneer - 200 gms
Gravy paste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 sliced
Butter - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chillies - 3
Cinnamon(Dalchini) - 1/2 inch
Black pepper - 8 to 10
Cardamom(Elaichi) - 2
Cloves(Laung) - 3
Cashew nut - 10
Tomatoes(Medium) - 5
Water - 1 glass
Gravy
Oil - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chillies Powder - to taste
Kasuri methi - 1 tsp(Toasted and crushed)
Salt- to taste
Milk cream - 1 tbsp
Coriander - 1 tbsp
