The Election Commission on Saturday moved the Supreme Court against the Madras High Court's comment stating that the Commission is responsible for the increase in Kovid-19 cases in the country.The Commission has filed a petition in the Supreme Court in which the Madras High Court " There has been a demand for the removal of "unintentional, derogatory remarks".

चुनाव आयोग ने मद्रास हाईकोर्ट की उस टिप्पणी के खिलाफ शनिवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट का रुख किया जिसमें कहा गया है कि देश में कोविड-19 के मामलों में वृद्धि के लिए आयोग जिम्मेदार है आयोग ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दाख‍िल की है जिसमें मद्रास हाईकोर्ट की "बिना सोचे-समझे, अपमानजनक टिप्पणी" को हटाने की मांग की गई है.
