The Health system is completely collapsed in Bihar. 25 acres hospital of Madhepura, has the responsibility of about half a dozen districts of Kosi and Seemanchal region. But the kind of treatment the patient is getting here is horrific. The medical superintendent himself admitted that there are 500 beds in the hospital but the infrastructure is not worth it.
