Mexico’s Andrea Meza crowned Miss Universe
Mexico’s Andrea Meza was crowned Miss Universe 2020, beating more than 70 candidates in the 69th edition of the pageant.
According to her official Miss Universe profile, Meza, who has a degree in software engineering, is an activist, focused on women’s rights and inclusion.
Completing the winning circle are 1st Runner-up Brazil’s Julia Gama, 2nd Runner-up Peru’s Janick Maceta del Castillo, 3rd Runner-up India’s Adline Castelino and 4th Runner-up Dominican Republic’s Kimberly Marie Jiménez.
