After the arrest of Sushil Kumar, his lawyer BS Jakhar claimed that that Olympic medallist wrestler was present at a murder site to resolve the fight between 2 groups. “Special Cell asked for custody while Model Town PS asked for 12-day police remand. Police lodged FIR after a delay of 7 hours which shows their intention. Sushil was present there (incident site) to resolve the fight between 2 groups,” said BS Jakhar.
